Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

By placing an order with IANONI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Shipping

We offer free shipping across the UK. Orders placed by 11am, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed after 11am, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery times may vary at busy times.

3. Returns

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery, and UK law also gives you 14 days to cancel an online order after you receive it, even if you have opened it. Full details, including refunds and return postage, are in our Returns Policy. To start a return, email ianoni@tidytrade.ai.

4. Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text and branding, is the property of IANONI and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Welcome offer (10% off)

When you sign up to IANONI emails on this website, or enter the Reel of Fortune and don't win a racket, you get the code WELCOME10 for 10% off products on ianoni.co.uk.

• It can be used once per customer, on orders placed on ianoni.co.uk.
• It takes 10% off product prices. Delivery is free anyway, so it doesn't apply to delivery.
• It can't be used with any other discount code and can't be exchanged for cash.
• We may end the offer at any time by updating this page. A code you've already been given stays valid for at least 30 days after that.
• Signing up through the email popup means you agree to receive IANONI marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

The Reel of Fortune prize draw has its own terms.
