Who we are
IANONI UK is operated by SRAN Goods Ltd (company number 14199563), 21 Sandy Lodge Lane, Northwood, England, HA6 2HZ. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us at ianoni@tidytrade.ai.
What we collect and why
- Orders. When you check out, Shopify processes your name, address, email, phone number and payment details on our behalf so we can fulfil and support your order. We never see your full card details.
- Email sign-ups. If you join our emails, we store your email address and your consent in Shopify so we can send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Reviews. If you write a review, Judge.me stores your name, email, rating, review text and any photos on our behalf. We publish your first name and last initial with the review. Your email is never published. After an order is delivered, Judge.me may email you once to ask for a review.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Our lawful bases
We process order information to perform our contract with you, email marketing on the basis of your consent, and reviews and support messages on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the shop.
Who processes data for us
- Shopify: checkout, payments, orders and email marketing.
- Judge.me: collecting and displaying product reviews, and review request emails.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Our delivery and fulfilment partners: to deliver your order.
- Upstash: storing Reel of Fortune entries.
- Resend: sending Reel of Fortune confirmation codes and results.
Reel of Fortune prize draw
If you enter the Reel of Fortune we collect your email address, UK mobile number, chosen racket, the time of entry and your IP address, to run the draw, confirm your email, prevent duplicate entries and contact winners. You're added to our Shopify customer records. Agreeing to receive IANONI marketing by email and text is a condition of entry, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, by replying STOP to any text or by emailing us. Entry records are deleted 12 months after the draw closes. Full details are in the Reel of Fortune terms.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires, typically six years. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews are kept while they are published on the site.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time by emailing ianoni@tidytrade.ai. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
