Returns Policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as it is unused and in a condition we can sell again, with everything it came with (such as the cover and wrist strap). Opening the box and taking the racket out to look at it is fine.

Your legal right to cancel

As well as our 30-day returns, UK law gives you the right to cancel an online order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it, without giving a reason. You can open and handle the item as you would in a shop to see if it suits you. If it has been handled more than that, for example used on court, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

To cancel, tell us by email within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement, repair or refund, and we cover the return postage. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund for a faulty item. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to return an item

Email ianoni@tidytrade.ai with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply within 2 working days with the return address. Please get in touch before posting so we can match your parcel to your order and refund you quickly.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or within 14 days of you showing us proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Delivery to you is free, so there is no delivery charge to refund.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns and cancellations, you pay the cost of sending the item back. We recommend a tracked service, because we can't refund an item that doesn't reach us. For faulty, damaged or wrong items, we pay.
