Reel of Fortune terms

1. Promoter

The promoter is SRAN Goods Ltd (company number 14199563), registered office 21 Sandy Lodge Lane, Northwood, England, HA6 2HZ, trading as IANONI UK. Contact: ianoni@tidytrade.ai.

2. Who can enter

The Reel of Fortune is open to UK residents aged 18 or over with a delivery address in mainland Great Britain (so not Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or other offshore islands). Employees of SRAN Goods Ltd, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion can't enter. We may ask a winner for proof of age and address.

3. Dates

The promotion opens on 28 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm UK time on 31 March 2027. Entries made outside these dates aren't accepted.

4. Free entry, one per person

  • No purchase is necessary and entry is free.
  • Each person can enter once. Each email address and each mobile number can only be used for one entry. Email addresses that lead to the same inbox (for example with different capital letters, dots in a Gmail address or a "+" tag) count as the same address.
  • You must confirm your email address by entering the six-digit code we email to you. Unconfirmed entries don't count.
  • Entries made by automated means, through bulk or temporary identities, with false details or in any other way that tries to get around these rules are void. Any prize or code linked to a void entry can be cancelled.

5. How to enter

  1. Open the Reel of Fortune on ianoni.co.uk and choose the racket you'd like to win.
  2. Enter your email address and UK mobile number, confirm you're eligible, accept these terms and agree to receive marketing from IANONI by email and text (see "Marketing" below).
  3. Enter the code we email to you, then spin the reels.

6. How winners are decided

Valid confirmed entries are counted in order and grouped into blocks of 100 (entries 1 to 100, 101 to 200 and so on). When each block starts, a computer picks one place in that block at random, and the entry in that place wins. So exactly one entry in every block of 100 wins, up to a maximum of 20 prizes during the promotion. Once 20 prizes have been won, every later entry receives the welcome offer below instead.

Nobody, including us, can choose which entry wins. Entrants can't see their place in the count. Your chance of winning is 1 in 100. The spinning reels are for display only: the result is decided when your entry is confirmed, before the reels move.

7. The prize

  • One IANONI padel racket of the design you chose when entering (current prices £39.99, including VAT), delivered free to mainland Great Britain.
  • The prize is given as a single-use discount code worth the price of your chosen racket. It applies to one of that racket on ianoni.co.uk, can't be used with other discount codes and is valid for 60 days from when it's issued.
  • There is no cash alternative and the prize can't be transferred or sold. If your chosen racket is no longer available, we'll offer another IANONI racket of equal or greater value.

8. Everyone else

Every valid entrant who doesn't win a racket receives the code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order, under our welcome offer terms.

9. How you'll know

Results show on screen straight away and are emailed to the address you confirmed. If a winner's code can't be created at that moment, we'll email it within one working day. If a winning code isn't used within 60 days, the prize is forfeited.

10. Winners

For up to three months after the closing date, you can ask for the first name and county of each winner by emailing ianoni@tidytrade.ai. Winners can object to their details being shared by emailing us before the closing date.

11. Marketing

Agreeing to receive marketing from IANONI by email and text is a condition of entry, and we tell you this before you enter. If you don't want marketing, please don't enter.

You can unsubscribe at any time, for free: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text or email ianoni@tidytrade.ai. Unsubscribing after you enter doesn't cancel your entry, and it doesn't affect a prize or code you have already won.

12. Your personal data

SRAN Goods Ltd is the controller of the information you give when entering: your email address, mobile number, chosen racket, the time of entry and the IP address used. We use it to run the promotion, confirm your email, stop duplicate or fraudulent entries, contact winners and keep a record in case of questions or disputes. This is necessary to run the promotion you entered and is in our legitimate interests.

Entering adds you to our customer records in Shopify. We delete entry records 12 months after the closing date, but you stay on our marketing list until you unsubscribe. We share them only with the services that run the promotion for us: Shopify (customer records and codes), Upstash (entry database), Resend (emails) and Vercel (website hosting). 13. General

  • If fraud, a technical fault or anything else outside our reasonable control affects the promotion, we may suspend, change or end it. We'll explain any change on this page and treat entrants fairly.
  • We aren't responsible for entries that don't reach us because of technical problems outside our control.
  • If there's a question about whether an entry is valid, we'll decide fairly. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
  • The promotion isn't sponsored, endorsed or run by Shopify, Google, Meta or any other platform.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in Scotland.
